INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION 679/2016 AND CONSENT

Pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), and in relation to the personal data available to Easy Accomodations Srls, we hereby communicate the following:

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The treatment is aimed at the correct and complete execution of the reservation you made at our facility. Your data will be processed in order to:

1. To comply with the obligation laid down in Article 109 of Royal Decree No. 773 of 18 June 1931, which requires us to register and notify the Police Headquarters of the details of customers accommodated;

2. To comply with current administrative, accounting and tax obligations;

3. To send you our promotional messages and updates on rates and offers, for example, Newsletter

Personal data may be processed by means of both paper and computer files (including portable devices including tablets, mobile phones, smartphones) and processed in ways strictly necessary to meet the purposes mentioned above.

Easy Accomodations Srls has not appointed a Personal Data Protection Officer (DPO).

LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

Easy Accomodations Srls processes your personal data lawfully, where the processing:

• Is necessary for the correct and complete execution of the reservation made by you at our facility, being a contract, for the exact fulfillment of the same;

• Is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation on the tourist accommodation;

• Is based on the express consent and on the basis of your request as specified in point 3 of the above purposes.

CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

With regard to personal data relating to the execution of the contract to which you are party or relating to the fulfillment of a legal obligation (for example, the fulfillment related to the keeping of accounting and tax records), the failure to provide personal data prevents the conclusion of the contractual relationship itself and exposure to any penalties provided for by the legal system.

DATA RETENTION

Your personal data, subject to processing for the purposes indicated above, will be kept for the period of the contract and, subsequently, for the time in which the accommodation Easy Accomodations Srls is subject to obligations of retention for tax purposes or for other purposes, provided for, by law or regulation.

DATA COMMUNICATION

Your personal data may be communicated to:

1. Consultants and accountants or other lawyers who provide functional services for the above purposes;

2. Banks and insurance companies that provide functional services for the purposes indicated above;

3. Subjects who process the data in execution of specific legal obligations;

4. Judicial or administrative authorities, for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

DATA PROFILING AND DISSEMINATION

Your personal data are not subject to disclosure.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED

Among the rights granted to you by the GDPR are those of:

• Ask the accommodation Easy Budget Colosseo or Easy Accomodations Srls for access to your personal data and information relating to the same;

• Rectification of inaccurate data or integration of incomplete data;

• The deletion of personal data concerning you (if one of the conditions indicated in Art. 17, paragraph 1 of the GDPR is met and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article);

• the limitation of the processing of your personal data (to the use of one of the hypotheses indicated in art. 18, paragraph 1 of the GDPR);

• Request and obtain from the accommodation Easy Accomodations Srls – in the event that the legal basis of the treatment is the contract or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means – your personal data in a structured format and readable by automatic device, also in order to communicate such data to another holder of the treatment (c.d. right to portability of personal data);

• Object at any time to the processing of your personal data to the occurrence of special situations that affect you;

• Revoke your consent at any time, limited to cases where the processing is based on your consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (e.g. date and place of birth or place of residence), or particular categories of data (e.g. data revealing your racial origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health or sex life). Processing based on consent and carried out prior to the revocation of consent shall, however, retain its lawfulness;

• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Authority) – www.garanteprivacy.it).
